Welcome to RUINED. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policies. We keep things straightforward and transparent—if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right within the scope below.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground only.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may increase during limited drops, high-volume releases, or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed. RUINED is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
RUINED is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, RUINED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivery issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Refund & Replacement Policy
All sales are final. RUINED does not offer monetary refunds.
However, we stand behind our products and will offer replacements under the following conditions:
Eligible for Replacement
We will replace an item if:
You received the wrong item, or
Your item arrived damaged or defective
“To be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
You must provide photo proof of the issue
The item must be unused and in original condition (unless damaged in transit)
Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacements will not be issued for:
Incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, washing errors, or modifications
Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
